Malison is a Necromancer spell which weakens the victim's defenses against
magic, giving them a vulnerability of 10% to magic. Victims resistant to
negative are harder to affect and those immune to magic are immune to
malison. The effect lasts for 10 minutes and there is no lag after casting
this spell.
