Behind a Witch's eye is a hidden clear membrane which can be drawn down with
a simple blinking motion to protect the eye from all forms of blindness
(including dirt kicking). The more the Witch blinks the membrane into
place, the stronger it will become, offering higher resistance to blindness.
100% resistance does not mean immunity as various things can decrease your
immunity, such as your opponents level, various spells affecting your
opponent, the terrain (for dirtkick), and so on.
