No Quest Timers

During this event, quest, junkyard, and expedition cooldowns are treated as if
they are set to 0 minutes. You may accept and complete up to a total of
300 quests.

After completing 200 quests, rewards begin to decline. Each additional quest
awards 1 quest point less than the previous one, with a minimum reward of
10 base quest points. Experience gained is reduced by 1% per quest beyond
200, down to a minimum of 25% of the normal experience.

Below are the reward tiers and their requirements:

Tier 1: 100 quests completed. Potion of Extreme Quest Points (45 minutes)
Tier 2: 75 quests completed. Potion of Extreme Quest Points (35 minutes)
Tier 3: 50 quests completed. Potion of Extreme Quest Points (25 minutes)

This event applies to quests completed with the QuestExp toggle, but the
experience gained is halved.
