Syntax: cast 'lich touch' <victim>
Lich touch is a frightening legend‑level Necromancer spell which targets the
victim's vulnerabilities. If the victim is vulnerable to cold, fire, and
light, it will choose the damage type that the victim is most vulnerable to.
If the victim is not vulnerable to anything, the default damage type is
negative. With second attack, this spell has a chance to deal a second
round of damage.
Main stat: Constitution.
Damage type: Negative (or the target's vuln).
