The wail of the banshee is a terrible combat spell that calls upon a deadly
keening wail from the underworld. The shriek has such a high amplitude that
it has a chance to daze the victims and can cause their heads to explode in
a blast of gore and blood, automatically killing them. The victim can be no
more than 5 levels higher than the necromancer to cause a head explosion,
and the higher level the victim, the lower the chance will be. Casting this
spell upon a player will cause sound damage only, with no chance to blast
their head to bits.
