Craftscape is an instanced area about 36 rooms in size dedicated to
miners, where the miner can choose the sector of the landscape a cost in
questpoints, or try their luck and have the sector randomized. For a list
of minable sectors, the syntax is 'craftscape sectors'. To enter the
instance, a ticket must be purchased in questpoints from the dwarven mage at
the entrance, the cost scaling to your level. The level of any gems mined
inside the area is based on the level of the ticket upon purchase (this is
equal to your level). There is a higher chance to obtain a gem here than in
other areas.
It is possible to purchase a ticket ranging from level 1 and up to 10 levels
above your level with 'craftscape buy <level>. Not supplying a level will
automatically set the ticket to your current level.
To find the cost of a ticket, use 'craftscape cost <level>, where the level
the level of the gem you want during your Craftscape session.
The instance collapses after 70 minutes and there is a 12 hour wait period
before it can be re‑entered. The wait period can be reset with the command
'craftscape reset' starting at 500 questpoints. The cost increases by 500
questpoints for each additional reset within the next 24 hours. The cost
decreases as the timer decreases. Clusters in the instance reset over
time and game reboots don't affect the instance or the time remaining
inside ‑ if you are kicked out at any time, simply re‑enter.
The command 'craftscape pause' will pause your Craftscape session in the
event you need to step away. You can only have one paused Craftscape
instance at a time.
