Vampires and Alhoons create pacts with extra planar beings and in return
receive a dark gift of power, in the form of damroll and magicroll. Also
while affected by dark gift, any weapons worn are treated as vampiric.
The amount of damroll and magicroll given is based on the caster's level and
spell proficiency. Legends receive a small bonus.
This is a racial effect for Vampires, their evolutions, and Alhoons.
