Built partly in a narrow forested valley between towering mountains, and partly into the sides of the mountains themselves, the dwarves of Bandell are rapidly gaining a reputation for peace and prosperity. Many attribute this prosperity to Bandell, the god of healing waters who gives his name to the town, and who is worshipped by many of its residents. Sightseers should be sure to visit the ornate temple to Bandell in the town's northeast sector, and to check out the town's various merchants, which offer typically high quality dwarven gear. Drop in to Ponorkyn's famous pub for a pint of ale, and maybe attend one of the towns colourful religious festivals, always a sight worth seeing.
