Syntax: automatic
Final Verdict is a passive ability granted to followers of Velkara,
triggered when you would die in combat but are spared by Merciful
Intercession. In that moment, Velkara turns her judgment outward, marking
your opponent for sentence. The target suffers a damage over time effect
that strips away a portion of their health over 3 rounds. This judgment
removes 50% of a normal foe's hitpoints, 25% of a boss's hitpoints, or 15%
of a player's hitpoints, and may result in death. When the sentence
concludes, the target is left exposed, suffering 75% increased vulnerability
to damage for 12 seconds.
A creature may only be judged once per encounter. Final Verdict will not
trigger again on the same target until combat ends and the target has fully
recovered. This ability will also not activate while Merciful Intercession
is on cooldown.
