Syntax: staffcrack <victim>
The staffcrack skill is for spellcasters and is useful in rooms that block
magic. It requires the player to wield a staff. However, one does not need
to be skilled in staves to use staffcrack. The damage is based on the
caster's dexterity. There is a chance to crack the target's skull,
momentarily dazing the target.
Main stats: Dexterity and Strength.
