Ancient animosity flourishes between the centaurs, who live in a small village and protect the thriving woods, and the evil ogre shaman who occupies a large ruined keep. The centaurs are an honest friendly folk, who are primarily rangers and defenders of the land and the creatures that call it home. Although skilled in the warrior and magical arts, they desire nothing more than to be left in peace to enjoy the fruits of their labors. The shaman came from a distant realm, intent on conquering and controlling the entire centaur domain. He cannot abide having the centaurs occupy any portion of what he considers "his" lands, and is constantly waging war upon the hated rangers and the villagers, sending his wyvern spies to harass and destroy what they can, bringing him information on the activities and plans of the centaurs. Come explore this new realm, meet the people, perform some tasks, and help to eliminate the evil minions of the invading Shaman. Adventure, warfare, hidden secrets and both peaceful and more violent missions await the thorough, observant explorer, if one but takes the time to truly examine everything in the surroundings.
