Founded long ago, Luminesea is a small underwater town, hidden from prying eyes. Deep beneath the sea, the town is steeped in magic and protected by a barrier. Invisible to all, it turns away any unwanted intruders, ensuring the secrecy and safety of the town and its inhabitants. Visitors are welcomed, so long as they come in peace. Co-ruled by two elves, one harnessing the sun and the other the moon, they rule over their people with fairness and respect, a harmonious balance of light and dark. Under the benevolent protection of their deity, the elves can freely be themselves without fear of reprisal from others of their kind, because to them, they are considered outcasts. They practice the art of elemental magic, and their mastery over fire, water, air, and earth, as well as the celestial, sets Luminesea apart. Misunderstood by those on the surface, their practice in the art is both revered and feared.
