The fiery winged Phoenix is grieving, desperate to be reunited with a
beloved companion who cannot return without the aid of a Scroll of Revival.
Rather than explain everything at once, the Phoenix sends searchers off in
stages, promising each stop will point the way to the next until the scroll
is finally within reach. It is a scavenger hunt across several distant
locations rather than a single delivery, suited to adventurers just starting
out but willing to do some traveling. Once the scroll is finally in hand
and delivered, the Phoenix rewards the effort richly, overjoyed to see its
love restored. |
