A cackling old swamp hag flies into a frustrated rage after discovering
the shrunken head she needs for her potion has vanished, quickly blaming her
former pet rat, who fled after she tried to eat him and, she suspects, hid
the head out of spite. She asks a traveler to track down the missing item
so she can finish her brew, promising a freshly made potion in exchange. |
