Dagobert, gravely wounded but alive, recounts how a skinwalker sensed the
power in his family's heirloom and tore it from him as he lay dying, a
treasure the Ashfires meant to pass down through generations, eventually to
his grandson Kearney. Having heard tales from other adventurers of the
nightmarish creatures haunting Witch's Wood, he hopes a capable fighter can
track the beast to its lair and take the heirloom back by force. |
