Syntax: copytoggles <player>
This will copy the toggle, reminder, notification, spam, battlespam, and
config color configurations from another character in your account.
To copy your prompt from another character, use the galias command to create
a global alias, such as 'galias setprompt prompt %h %d', then type setprompt
and it'll update your prompt.
