Events are special occasions that occur around holidays or are scheduled
weekly just for fun. Some events are automated and are listed with the
command 'event list'. Event times are scheduled in the EST time zone.
Typing 'event' by itself will list events in progress and events that are
beginning within the hour.
During Christmas, Santa will be found at recall giving out gifts, and a
special area called Santa's Santum is opened to the public where there are
holiday‑themed missions. A tree at recall can be decorated with ornaments,
or you can help Santa feed his reindeer wandering the lands.
Halloween events include the Great Pumpkin Harvest, Pumpkin Hunt and Kill,

for rewards, and pumpkins can be foraged from the 22nd to 28th and exchanged
for special items sold by a wayfaring baker who visits Hillock Hills.
A variety of wild roses sprout from the earth on Valentine's Day and can
be found while foraging.
The 'event progress' command shows only your own progress in the
event, such as fish caught or pumpkins whomped, instead of event
info's fuller display. Not every event tracks individual progress.
