Syntax: cast 'potion burst' (<potion>)
This spell, unique to the followers of Aura, allows one to drain the magic
from up to 4 unique spells in brewed potions to restore a portion of one's
hp and mana. If no potion is specified, the first one in the caster's
inventory will be used. While in combat, this spell heals fewer hit points
and for every unique spell on the potion, there is a 5 second cooldown
(maxing out at 20 seconds).
