This helper‑only command can be used to request various things from a
newbie who needs assistance.
When a request is sent to a newbie, the newbie will be prompted to consent
using the 'consent' command, or they can simply ignore the request.
Observation requests allow the helper to view what the newbie is typing,
so long as the newbie is not writing a note.
Information requests include asking for things like the newbie's location,
their health status, armor, and so forth. The command 'request info' lists
all possible informational requests.
To cancel a request, the command is 'request cancel <newbie>'.
A helper can end an observation with the command, 'request observe <newbie>
cancel'. A newbie who is being observed can cancel the observation
with 'consent cancel'. Logging out of the game will also cancel it.
