1. storm vessel
Storm vessel is a rank 9 divine skill granted to followers of the Goddess
Tornadis. Normally only one sapped gem effect can be active at a time, but
a follower with storm vessel can have two at once, each at its normal
strength and duration. Sapping a gem with a different element adds a second
effect. Sapping a gem with the same element, or when two are already
active, replaces the matching or oldest effect.
