| Description | Landryl the miner calls out to any passerby handy with a pickaxe, explaining that one of his dwarves was hurt in a cave in and he's short handed as a result. He hands over a spare pickaxe and sends the recruit west into the mines to gather a haul of salt, sulfur, coal, iron, and copper. It's a straightforward gathering task and a good introduction to mining, friendly to newcomers and pacifists alike, so long as they're careful not to swing that pickaxe at anybody. |
