Priest Alchemist Felethros is troubled by a strange magical outbreak
spreading affliction across the realm, sicknesses that ordinary healing
magic cannot touch and sometimes even worsens. He suspects it's the
resurgence of an ancient mage's disastrous attempt to make magic incapable
of harm, an experiment that went horribly wrong long before his time. He
hands over a sealed note for Bremund at the Alchemy Academy, hoping the
alchemists there can help uncover a cure through lost recipes hidden away in
